you to our family guesthouse Dřevěnka Bozkov, which is first mentioned in the chronicle as far back as 1752.

This originally farm and inn is today a preserved cultural monument, which we inherit from generation to generation and maintain as family business.

The family guesthouse and restaurant Dřevěnka is in the heart of the Bozkov village with a view of the beautiful baroque Church of the Virgin Mary and thanks to it’s appearance, it completes the village space.

The guesthouse is a characteristic feature of the village and a traditional centre for social life.

It is a valuable representative of rural architecture, an integral part of the urban development of the village and also a proof of craft technologies.

This guesthouse is unique in the Podkrkonoší, which is typical for its low-rise buildings.

You can find us in the village of Bozkov in the Podkrkonoší, the Liberec region, where there are also well-known famous dolomite caves with the largest underground lake in Czech Republic.

We offer cosy stylish accommodation with a total capacity of one 2-bed room apartment and five 4-bed room apartments.

Each room is equipped with a satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

We provide free Wi-Fi internet access.

Our guests also can use facilities such as; new Finnish sauna, gym, mini casino, wine bar with dining area, large TV screening, billiards and a warm fireplace to relax.

We are ready to satisfy every taste of our customers by domestic cooking.

Children can have their fun indoor or outdoor playground.

Summer terraces attract you especially in nice weather.

You will taste fresh air of a countryside, sit on the terrace together with other guests of the restaurant and do barbecue party.

Evenings around the fireplace will create for you the right holiday atmosphere.

There is a big trampoline for all children, 150 meters away from our guesthouse, which is a free gift from the mayor of the village.

Cyclists and skiers can store their sports equipment in a storage room based in our guesthouse and park cars in our private car park in front of our guesthouse.

Our guesthouse is located on the border of the Jizerských Mountains, Krkonoše and the Bohemian Paradise.

There is a lot of sightseeing within 30Km distance and it takes more than 14 days visit to see all the historical and natural destinations.

We offer family walks to nature, rock towns, a nature trail through the Vošmenda valley, which was made by our Bozkov cavers, protected flora and fauna, visits to castles, Bohemian Paradise, the Jizerských Mountains and the Krkonoš nature reserve especially popular dolomite caves.

We recommend an experience of Riegrova (Via Ferrata) and Palacký trail, a trip to the view Kozákov, U Borovice, Černé Studnice and the view Štěpánka (here you will also find beautiful cross-country trails).

Just half kilometre from us is a multi-purpose sports field with artificial and grassy surfaces.

Our place is also suitable for cycling, water sports, skiing, and cross-country skiing.

There are other towns to see and opportunities to do different activities, such as the village of Jesenný, 3km away from our guesthouse (swimming pool and quarry-diving courses), the town of Železný Brod, 10km away (glass industry and swimming pool), the district town of Semily, 7km away (sports center, Riegrova pathway, cinema), Bystrá nad Jizerou, 12km away (agro tourism) and Malá Skála, 13km away (rope centre, canoeing and rafting).

Fans of winter sports will love the snowy hills – ski resort, Kamenec-Jablonec nad Jizerou, Lysá-Rokytnice, Paseky, Rejdice, Kozákov Ski Resort, Šachty-Vysoké nad Jizerou, etc.
